The Friends of the Silver Bay Public Library will host the Lake Superior Salmon Classic Fishing Tournament in collaboration with the Silver Bay Marina and City of Silver Bay at the Silver Bay Marina on Saturday, July 19 & Sunday, July 20, 2008. Fishing tournament ($20.00) and raffle ($5.00) tickets sold separately.

TODDLER STORYTIME
The Silver Bay Public Library will add a new Story Time for toddlers/preschoolers (birth through pre-kindergarten) on Tuesday mornings at 11a.m., beginning January 8 through May 20. The monthly afternoon Story Time will continue as usual.The new story time is in response to requests for an morning session for preschoolers who have are not in school. Please join us at this new time. All children's programs at the library are free of charge and open to the public.
